Quality assurance

How we make sure the work is right.

A named quality lead

Every assignment has a senior reviewer who is not part of the delivery team.

Agreed inception

Methods, sample, tools and deadlines are agreed in an inception report before fieldwork.

Checked data

Back-checks, daily data reviews and documented cleaning, so every number can be traced.

Reviewed reports

Peer review against a checklist before any deliverable reaches the client.
